Hub Station Should:
1. Select the NVIS station closest to you that provides the best s/n.
2. Reduce your output power to least amount needed for insuring a reliable connect.
3. If required add one backup station via and ELSE statement.
4. Forward traffic to only your you NVIS partner, sending to Hubs is not required.
5. Send any NTS messages to N3MEL by adding “NTS* in the AT box in the forwarding section for N3MEL.
